Clauses:
This Offer is conditional for 3 days upon the Purchaser's Lawyer reviewing the offer and approving of its terms, failing which this offer shall be null and void and the Purchaser's deposit returned in full without interest or deduction. This condition is included for the benefit of the Purchaser and may be waived by the Purchaser prior to the conditional period expiring.
The Vendor agrees to provide a new survey of the Property showing all lot lines, all improvements (all buildings, structures, fences and other improvements) to the property and the distance of all such improvements from the lot lines.
